1. Trade discount is 50% off the remainder sale price.
2. All books are sold on a non-returnable basis.
3. Minimum order is $100.00 net.
4. All first orders must be prepaid (we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) or proforma.
5. Terms for established accounts: Net 30 days.
6. F.O.B. our warehouse, Dallas, TX, U.S.A.
7. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars and checks drawn on U.S. bank.
8. Texas Bookman reserves the right to limit quantities available for purchase of specific titles at our discretion.

All orders will be shipped according to the instructions marked on the order. If nothing is marked in the space provided for shipping instructions, we will ship your order via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground.
